About the Artist

Animals and art have always been huge parts of my life, and I am thrilled to be able to bring these two passions together to create custom portraits of people’s beloved pets. What I love most is the opportunity to bring out the unique personalities of each animal, and to capture them in a way that is lasting and meaningful to each client.

I began taking formal art lessons at the age of four and graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in 2010. As a life-long animal advocate, my artwork in college focused almost entirely on animal and environmental issues, and in 2011 I moved from New York to DC to pursue a career in environmental and animal law.

After graduating from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014, I worked at The Humane Society of the United States litigating cases to protect wildlife from abuse and exploitation. I now work as an environmental lawyer for the United States government.

I currently live in Cheverly, Maryland with my husband and our two dogs, Sophie and Louie.
